On Wednesday, 29th May 2024, the Bekwai Rural Training Facility (RTF) played host to an inspiring event focused on empowering women through traditional apprenticeship training in artisanal skills. The event was facilitated by Mr. Foster Oppong, a seasoned expert from the Bekwai RTF.
On 29th May, 2024, the Municipal Education and Health Directorates, with sponsorship from Blessed Care International, a non-governmental organization (NGO), organized a durbar at Denyaseman Catholic Senior High School to commemorate Menstrual Hygiene Day.
In preparation for the 2024 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE), which will be the first cohort to sit the examination under the Common Core Curriculum, a sensitization programme was organized for candidates from Monday, 20th May to Monday, 27th May, 2024 on a circuit basis.
