The Bekwai Municipal Assembly on Monday, 18th August 2025, held a management meeting at the Assembly’s Conference Room to deliberate on key administrative and developmental issues.
The meeting was chaired by the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Issaka Salifu, with the Municipal Coordinating Director, Ms. Sheila Rosetta Arthur, in attendance, alongside heads of decentralized departments of the Assembly.
Discussions centered on strengthening coordination among departments, improving service delivery, and reviewing ongoing developmental projects within the Municipality. The session also provided an avenue for the heads of departments to share progress reports, challenges, and strategies to enhance efficiency in the execution of the Assembly’s mandate.
The Municipal Chief Executive, in his remarks, commended the staff for their commitment and urged them to continue working collaboratively to advance the development agenda of Bekwai. He emphasized the importance of effective planning, accountability, and timely execution of projects to meet the needs of residents.
