CRVIP provides real-time data, geospatial mapping, and climate risk analysis to help municipalities better respond to threats like floods, droughts, and erosion. Facilitators, including Prof. Thompson Annor of KNUST, stressed the need for data-driven governance in facing climate challenges.

Municipal Coordinating Director, Ms. Sheila Rosetta Arthur, welcomed the initiative, noting the platform would guide development planning and emergency response.

Participants praised the platform's potential and called for more nationwide training sessions. The initiative is being hailed as a major step toward building climate-resilient communities in Ghana.
