Aponoapono, Amansie South District – On Tuesday, June 11, 2024, district officers from the Rural Technology Facility (RTF) in Bekwai Municipal and Amansie South District successfully carried out the replication, field demonstration, and maintenance of a cassava grater for the local community in Aponoapono.
The initiative, aimed at enhancing agricultural productivity and supporting local farmers, witnessed significant participation from the community. The cassava grater, a vital piece of equipment for processing cassava, is expected to streamline the cassava processing activities, reduce manual labor, and increase efficiency for local farmers.
During the event, the district officers provided a comprehensive demonstration of the cassava grater’s functionalities.
