A workshop on the Ghana Education Workforce Initiative programme was organized for office staff on 15th April, 2024. The workshop was aimed at enhancing staff understanding of the programme and its role in strengthening the education system.
Participants were taken through key thematic areas including improving school and education system leadership, promoting the use of team-based approaches and a more diverse education workforce, as well as strategies for improving the supply and quality of teaching for disadvantaged learners.
The workshop provided participants with insights into workforce planning and collaborative approaches necessary for improving educational outcomes across the Municipality.
