On 11th October, 2024, the Directorate organized a Family and Community Engagement (FCE) programme in the Edwinase (Dotom Circuit) and Ehwiren communities. The engagement aimed at highlighting the critical role of major stakeholders in prioritizing a child’s development through educational interventions, particularly the Differentiated Learning Plus (DL+) programme.
The session provided an opportunity to inform community members and stakeholders about the successes and challenges of the DL+ programme since its implementation. It also served as a platform to appeal for continued support to ensure the sustainability and expansion of educational initiatives within the Municipality.
The programme was monitored by Madam Hannah Adumtwumwaa Owusu from Headquarters to ensure effective execution and stakeholder participation. The event featured poetry recitals and active involvement of community leaders, including the Chief and Elders of the Edwinase Community.
