A five-day workshop was organized for seventy-eight (78) selected subject teachers from eight (8) Senior High Schools in the Amansie West District and Bekwai Municipality. The workshop focused on familiarizing participants with the Professional Learning Community (PLC) Handbook 4 and enhancing their capacity to implement collaborative teaching and learning strategies in their respective schools.

Participants were taken through the contents of the PLC Handbook 4, focusing on strategies for improving instructional practices, fostering collaboration among teachers, and enhancing students’ academic performance.
