The Bekwai Community ICT Center (CIC), in collaboration with the National Service Personnel Association (NASPA), Bekwai Branch, successfully conducted a five-day training for service personnel of the 2024/2025 service year, as their term of service comes to an end. The training ran from Monday, 27th October, 2025, to Friday, 31st October, 2025, at the ICT Center premises.
The program was designed to equip service personnel with practical skills and knowledge relevant to their professional development, ensuring they are well-prepared for future roles in their careers. Participants engaged in interactive sessions, group exercises, and practical demonstrations, focusing on enhancing technical competencies, service delivery standards, and teamwork.
Speaking at the opening of the training, representatives from NASPA, Bekwai Branch, emphasized the importance of continuous learning and skill acquisition as an essential part of personal and professional growth. They encouraged the service personnel to apply the knowledge gained during the sessions in their future endeavors.
The initiative also provided a platform for reflection and knowledge sharing, allowing participants to discuss challenges faced during their service year and explore strategies to improve service delivery in various sectors.
