The Bekwai Municipal Assembly organized a training session on Local Government Service (LGS) protocols, covering Leave, Performance Management System, and the Client Service Manual, on Thursday, 6th November 2025, at the Assembly Hall.
The training began with opening remarks from Miss Sheila Rosetta Arthur, Municipal Coordinating Director (MCD), and Hon. Salifu Issaka, Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), who highlighted the importance of adherence to LGS protocols in enhancing service delivery and staff performance.
This was followed by an interactive training session aimed at equipping staff with practical knowledge on the proper application of LGS procedures in their daily duties.
The initiative reflects the Assembly’s commitment to professionalism, accountability, and improved service delivery to the people of Bekwai Municipality.
