The Human Resource Management (HRM) Department of Bekwai Municipal Assembly (BMA) on Monday, 20th March, 2023 organized a meeting on staff welfare at the Municipal Assembly Conference Room. The meeting was geared towards deliberating on mindboggling welfare issues that threaten the human capacity of staff at the Assembly.
At the meeting, discussion on challenges associated with the current welfare contribution system as well as suggestions towards formation of a new welfare policies/system were discussed.
The Human Resource Manager of BMA, Mr Rasheed Gbadamosi expressed his profound gratitude to all present, for honouring his invitation.
In attendance were the Deputy Director, Administration; Municipal Director, Agriculture; Municipal Director, Social Welfare & Community Development; Municipal Environmental Health Officer; Municipal Works Engineer; Municipal Finance Officer; Municipal Budget Analyst; CLOGSAG Chairman; and LGWU Chairman.
