The Bekwai Municipal Assembly (BMA) on Friday, 24th March, 2023 held its First Quarter Executive Committee meeting at the Municipal Assembly’s Conference Room.
The meeting started with an opening prayer after which the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. Kwaku Kyei Baffour gave his opening remarks in which he welcomed all members to the meeting and encouraged them to give out their optimal thoughts at the meeting, in order to improve service delivery to the people in the municipality.
It was followed by a reading and an acceptance of previous minutes. Reports of sub-committees were also presented by sub-committee secretaries and discussed.
The MCE in his closing remarks, expressed his appreciation to the members for honouring his invitation and contributing towards a successful meeting.
